From Stormy To Sunny

I suppose if we had a choice between the two that’s the direction many would pick, and that’s what the sky did for me the day of this Thanksgiving timelapse.
Creatively speaking it worked out quite well in this instance, but I have written a lot of songs that were inspired by going the opposite direction…
Still, it’s a solid trend and not to be forgotten when impatient persistent clouds are dark and thick.

P.S. From sunny to cloudy in seconds (as a timelapse, though it actually took just less than an hour realtime). Enjoy the raindrops! Shot north of Prescott, Arizona, on Thanksgiving 2019 with a GoPro 4 in waterproof case as still images 5 seconds apart, with distortion correction and small color/contrast adjustments done in GoPro Studio. Disappointed I wasn’t there the next day for the snow!
